New eligibility criteria to the Facility!
The widerAdvance Facility eligibility criteria have been rolled-up to maximize the impact for the knowledge valorisation in Widening countries and Outermost Regions.
From the 15 September cut-off deadline the eligibility criteria are as follow:
- Who can apply: organisations from Widening countries and Outermost Regions – public, private or non-profit. Which are the Widening countries and Outermost regions
- Organisations should be involved in the finalized or running Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe projects, as well as COST Actions, as coordinator or partner.
- Key Exploitable Results (KERs) originating from such projects or COST Actions.
- Research Teams (RTs) involved in/responsible for the proposed KERs.
- Research Managers and Administrators (RMAs) willing to build capacities and improve skills on specific Dissemination & Exploitation topics.
- Applicants are strongly recommended to involve RTs and RMAs within their organisations in this scouting action to collect the necessary information.
Current priorities for the call are as follow:
- Applications with the highest number of KERs.
- priority domains:
- Health
- Culture & Inclusive Society
- Civil Security
- Digital & Space
- Climate & Mobility
- Food & Environment
- Most mature KERs, assessed via Exploitation Intentions Table.
- Applicants that optimize widerAdvance Facility use of resources
Additional criteria includes:
- Geographical balance across Widening countries and Outermost Regions.
- One consolidated application per organisation per cut-off is recommended.
- If several applications are submitted by different teams from the same organisation within the same cut-off, the widerAdvance Facility team will consolidate them and assess them jointly.
There is no specific limit to the number of KERs, RTs and RMAs that can be listed in the application form. However, not all proposed KERs, RTs and RMAs will be selected for the widerAdvance Facility. A single organization is strongly encourage to submit one application including KERs stemming from several Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe and COST Actions with multiple KERs to fully exploit the offer of the Facility.
