On 13 November 2025, the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD) will host its flagship event “From Knowledge to Impact: Shaping Europe’s Next Innovation Wave” in Brussels and online.

The event will gather policymakers, researchers, innovators, and stakeholders from across Europe to discuss how knowledge valorisation can drive Europe’s next wave of innovation. The programme will explore how research results can be better translated into practical applications that bring real benefits to society, the economy, and the environment.

The widerAdvance Facility will also be attending this event to follow the discussions, learn from the shared experiences, and connect with initiatives working towards the same objectives — strengthening impact capacity and supporting the uptake of EU-funded research results.
